Karlovic
Steve Karlovic Senior Vice President & General Manager CDI-Government Services

Over the past 20 years, Steve Karlovic has held a number of senior leadership positions in marketing, sales, and program management within the aerospace and electronics markets. Prior to joining CDI in June of 2009, he held several positions with European Aeronautics, Defence and Space (EADS), including Vice President of Business Development for EADS North America Test and Services, a provider of electronic test instruments and systems for military, aerospace and commercial applications. Prior to that he was a program director at Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support in Orlando, Florida, where he managed automated test equipment development, production, and logistics support programs in support of a number of weapon systems including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, F-16, and F-22. Karlovic is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a Vice President of its Instrumentation & Measurement Society, and a past Chair of the IEEE Orlando Section. He is a 1982 graduate of Georgia Tech and has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

Ronald L. Hunt
Ronald L. Hunt Senior Vice President, Program Mgmt. & Ops. Support CDI-Government Services

Ronald L. Hunt is Senior Vice President of Program Management & Operation Support for CDI Government Services. Hunt joined CDI Marine Company in 1974. Prior to this, he was a machinery designer for nuclear submarines, destroyers, and aircraft carriers at Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, Va. He has held various management positions with responsibilities ranging from technical supervision, program management, and business development, to total profit and loss responsibilities for three CDI organizations (15 offices) within this group. He established and incorporated CDI Power Systems Group in 1991 to serve the electrical power generation industry. Hunt is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, the Surface Navy Association, and the Navy League of the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and industrial technology from Morehead State University in Morehead, KY.

Erol A. Onur
Erol A. Onur Vice President & CFO CDI-Government Services

Erol A. Onur is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDI-Government Services. Onur joined CDI Marine Company in 1986 and was instrumental in the integration of CDI Marine Company, the M&T Company and Band Lavis & Associates to form CDI Government Services. Prior to this, he held positions in public accounting and wholesale distribution industries. A Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Florida Institute of CPA's, Onur holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.

Robert C. Bergeron
Robert C. Bergeron Senior Vice President & General Manager CDI Marine Company - Marine Engineering Division

Robert C. Bergeron is Senior Vice President & General Manager for CDI Marine Company - Marine Design Division. He joined CDI Marine Company in 1981 as an Electronics Section Manager and has since served in several management positions including overseeing the CDI Marine Company technical facility in Yokosuka, Japan. Prior to joining CDI Marine Company he held positions with General Dynamics, Tracor, Inc. Nickum & Spaulding & Associates, Rohr Marine Inc. and Diamond Manufacturing Co. Bergeron is an active member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, National Contract Management Association, Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and the Tidewater Shipbuilders Association.

David R. Lavis
David R. Lavis Senior Vice President & General Manager CDI Marine Company - Band Lavis Division

David R. Lavis is Senior Vice President & General Manager of CDI Marine Company - Band Lavis Division. Prior to the acquisition of BLA by CDI Marine Company in May 1998, Lavis served as Chairman of BLA for 21 years. Prior to this, he held management positions with the Marine Division of Aerojet General, Bell Aerospace Textron and Saunders Roe in the U.K. Lavis is acknowledged internationally for his expertise in high-speed ship and craft design. He has served the military and commercial marine industries in the U.S. and the U.K. since 1959 and has published over 50 technical conference papers on fast craft. Lavis is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and a Chartered Engineer in the U.K. and has an MS Degree in Aero-Space Engineering from Cranfield Institute of Technology in the U.K.

George Shefler
George Shefler Senior Vice President & General Manager The M&T Company - Military Aviation Support Division

George Shefler is Senior Vice President and General Manager for The M&T Company. He was promoted to this position in 1999 after serving as Vice President and General Manager of the M&T Lakehurst, N.J., operation. Shefler joined M&T in 1983 as Program Manager of the Automatic Test Equipment Department, where he played a key role in developing The M&T Company's test engineering capability. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Professor at the US Air Force Academy. Shefler holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. and is a retired Lt. Colonel in the US Air Force.

Richard Leeker
Richard Leeker Vice President and General Manager CDI Marine Company - National Capital Operations

Rick Leeker is Vice President and General Manager of CDI-Government Services' Washington, DC Office. He was promoted to this position in August 2007. Leeker joined CDI Marine Company in 2006. Prior to this, he was a Program Manager working with NAVSEA 05 on Maintenance Process Improvement and on Maintenance Figure of Merit. Leeker is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Naval Architecture.
